This is the Sneaking Suit Solid Snake uses in Outer Haven. Specifically designed for urban warfare. This suit uses OCTO-CAM which enables it to completely change the skin color of the suit to blend into any object it's pressed against. It also appears to incorporate artificial muscle technology.
