Mei Ling/ Age (Shadow Moses 20's) (Outer Haven 30's)
Mei Ling is an engineer and data processing specialist who works alongside Roy Campbell and Naomi Hunter, and supports Snake over the Codec during his mission at Shadow Moses. She is the designer of the Codec and the Soliton radar, both of which Snake uses throughout his mission, and she often gives Snake advice through the use of proverbs. She also becomes a member of Philanthropy, an anti-Metal Gear organisation founded after Shadow Moses. However, it is unknown as to what activities she does there.
