Decoy Octopus/ Age (Shadow Moses Unknown) Deceased
Decoy Octopus is a member of FOXHOUND, and a member of the terrorist group that took over Shadow Moses. He is a master of disguise, able to copy his subjects down to the blood. He was killed at Shadow Moses while impersonating the DARPA Chief, a victim of the FOXDIE virus that Snake had infected him with. Little else is known about him.
