Commandant Scott Dolph/ Age (U.S.S. Discovery 40's) Deceased
Marine Commandant Scott Dolph is Dead Cell member Helen Dolph's father's and lover of Dead Cell member Vamp. Dolph oversaw the development of Metal Gear Ray which was to wipe out other Metal Gear models. However, the development of Ray was against the Patriots' plans.
In 2007, while a Metal Gear Ray prototype was secretly being transported in a disguised oil tanker, the Patriots send Revolver Ocelot to capture Ray with the help of Sergei Gurlukovich and his army. Dolph is taken captive by Gurlukovich while his men prepare to sink the tanker and steal Ray. Ocelot then reveals his true intentions and that he is working for the Patriots to Gurlukovich. The two men open fire on each other and Dolph is caught in the crossfire and killed.
